Michael Cowan’s visit began with a strategy meeting to discuss our collaboration’s evolution. This meeting allowed us to address several key aspects:
- The current coffee market: We discussed market trends and developments, as well as the growing consumer expectations for quality and innovation.
- Optimizing our processes: Our discussions focused on best practices to adopt to maintain a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Production flow: By looking at our workflows, we were able to put in place devices to make our operations even smoother and more efficient.
In order to consolidate our partnership, Michael Cowan has completed a complete tour of our facilities. This visit allowed him to see first-hand the evolution of our company and its different divisions.
This visit allows us not only to take stock of the past year, but also to plan together the next steps of our partnership. The constructive discussions we have had with Michael reinforce our commitment to innovate and to offer the highest quality products and services.
