At the moment, there are many attractive offers on the vending spare parts market. We have been working for years with many of the companies’ technical experts and most are unanimous, that using “lowcost” spare parts has an effect that, while attractive for the cost, can be a double-edgeds choice, as the repetition of breakdowns due to parts that don’t meet the original specifications severely damages the quality of service, the company’s image and customer satisfaction.
