On October 2, 2024, we had the pleasure of participating in a tasting of Sicilian desserts and coffees, organized by the BAC PRO Marketing and Services in Catering and Cooking section at the Albert Camus vocational high school in Fréjus (83). The students were able to enjoy a “Dolcezze Siciliane” training course for 1 week.
